Operate and support plant production at the RVI Clarksville facility. Unload and wash trailers and reefers, monitor cookers and soap/wash processes, and transport equipment using a yard truck. Perform preventive maintenance tasks including lubrication checks, oil and belt changes, auger inspections, and basic mechanical upkeep while maintaining a safe work environment and following Tyson policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Unload and wash all trailers and reefers, and monitor cookers and soap/wash activities across plant areas.
•Drive yard truck to transport trailers/reefers on the yard and load finished product.
•Check lubrication on machinery and perform preventive maintenance including changing oil and belts on gear boxes.
•Perform equipment PM and auger inspections while maintaining safe work practices and following Tyson policies and procedures.
•Maintain a clean work area using soap and a high-pressure water hose with 30+ pounds of pressure.

Key Requirements

•Current Arkansas Driver’s License and must pass the Tyson Yard/Lot Driver Assessment.
•Mechanical/maintenance skills from work history or skills section on your application.
•Willing to work shift A, B, C, or D and applicants must be 18 years of age.
•Ability to perform physical requirements (standing for long periods, lifting up to 60 pounds, climbing stairs/ladders up to 30 feet, and working in extreme weather/odors).
•Will need to obtain certification and operate a forklift or skid-steer loader; must be able to use basic hand tools and perform basic mechanical/maintenance skills.
