  • •Learn all aspects of Tyson Foods’ Private Fleet Transportation Group, including dispatch operations, driver management, safety, compliance, and asset utilization.
  • •Support day-to-day transportation operations and partner with internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service.
  • •Collaborate with Maintenance, Driver Training, Safety, Human Resources, and Planning to support transportation activities.
  • •Coordinate with Customer Service, production and distribution facilities, drivers, and external customers to ensure effective communication and meet service expectations.
  • •Develop future leadership through hands-on experience across transportation operations, including training shifts that may involve nights and weekends.
