Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •HSC with aptitude for the role, or SCC with role-specific certification, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Food Retail / F&B, particularly in front-end customer service delivery.
  • •Good conversational and communication skills in English.
  • •Basic reading and writing skills in English are essential.
  • •Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
