Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Service and repair aircraft and perform 125-hour EMMA inspections on DeHavilland DHC-6-300 aircraft and PT6A-34 engines to ensure airworthiness and meet inspection deadlines.
•Inspect Garmin avionics systems and PT6A-34 engines, including hot-section inspections, to diagnose malfunctions and perform engine adjustments.
•Inspect turbine blades and PT6A-34 hot sections using borescope procedures to detect cracks or defects.
•Remove and reinstall PT6A-34 engines and accessories; repair or replace defective engine parts.
•Repair and rebuild aircraft structures and components (wings, fuselage, rigging, surface controls, plumbing, hydraulic units) using hand and power tools; troubleshoot and repair deficiencies reported by aircrew.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45.44 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Current Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
•Ability to meet flexible work hours (Tuesday–Saturday Aug–May; Monday–Friday May–Aug).
•Physically capable of bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, standing for long periods and lifting up to 60 lbs.
•U.S. citizen with a valid driver's license.
