Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete inspections to confirm product meets internal and customer specifications and take action for non-compliance.
  • •Perform laboratory tests and analyses (chemical and physical characteristics) according to GLPs; determine nutritional properties of feed/ingredients and pesticides.
  • •Monitor processing areas to mitigate foreign material contamination; inspect equipment cleanliness and proper working condition before/during processing.
  • •Audit cleanliness across production and receiving areas by shift and support releasing the plant; ensure pallets/tubs are clean and report foreign material.
  • •Record and track numerical data and results in SharePoint (including finished product temps and COA creation per BOL), and calibrate laboratory instruments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 hourly

  • •Comply with all Quality Assurance policies and regulations and demonstrate CGMP/QA program values.
  • •Perform prescribed laboratory work using Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), including setting up and operating lab equipment and instruments.
  • •Conduct product reviews/grading and ensure product meets internal and customer specifications for packaging and weight compliance.
  • •Accurately collect, track, and implement numerical data; record results and forms legibly (including in SharePoint).
  • •Be able to work varying days (including weekends), follow safety procedures across processing areas, and perform standing/movement requirements on the plant floor.
