Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Process Improvement, Product, DevOps, IT, Security, and other teams to identify workflow and process problems.
  • •Map existing workflows across systems, stakeholders, handoffs, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
  • •Design, prototype, build, and productionize automation solutions for appropriate workflow problems.
  • •Integrate automation solutions with existing internal systems, APIs, infrastructure, and product workflows.
  • •Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly and work independently end-to-end from discovery to implementation, supporting DevOps ceremonies and establishing best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hands-on experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer (or a genuinely equivalent forward-deployed role).
  • •Strong software engineering background with the ability to build production-quality solutions.

  • •Experience working with business stakeholders to discover and define problems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments and take solutions from discovery/prototype through production.
