•Handle customer queries, resolve complaints within standards, and maintain satisfaction.
•Manage merchandising and stock by following planograms, updating price/shelf tags, replenishing products, and ensuring safe storage.
•Maintain operational compliance by upholding service standards and preparing store promotions using marketing collaterals.

Key Requirements

•2 to 4 years of retail experience focused on the beauty or fashion sector.
•In-depth knowledge of the fashion/beauty industry and current trends.
•Skills in retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, systems, and cash handling.
