Job Summary

Design, develop, and deploy PLC/SCADA control systems end-to-end, from concept through commissioning. Architect and program solutions using Rockwell Studio 5000 and Schneider EcoStruxure/Unity Pro, collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers, and perform system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and optimization. Produce technical documentation (functional specs, control philosophies, I/O lists, FAT/SAT procedures) and support commissioning with client-facing requirements gathering and ongoing technical improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end development of control systems from concept design through commissioning, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry standards.
•Architect and program PLC/SCADA systems with a focus on Rockwell (Studio 5000) and Schneider (EcoStruxure/Unity Pro) platforms.
•Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to integrate control systems into broader project solutions.
•Conduct system testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation, and maintain high-quality technical documentation (functional specifications, control philosophies, I/O lists, network architectures, FAT/SAT procedures).
•Lead and support FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities with on-site engagement, provide mentoring to junior engineers, and interface with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
•4–8 years of experience in control systems engineering for industrial automation or infrastructure projects.
•Strong experience with Rockwell PLC platforms (RSLogix / Studio 5000) and Schneider PLC/SCADA platforms (Unity Pro / EcoStruxure).
•Solid understanding of OT networks, industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profibus), and IEC 61131-3 programming practices.
•Proven ability to produce clear, structured technical documentation and strong communication/stakeholder management skills.
