Medical insurance specialist

Develop and maintain medical insurance claims policies, procedures, and performance indicators in line with Dubai Health Insurance Authority regulations. Provide consulting during the design of claims systems and programs to improve revenue and productivity. Support medical service pricing policy development, analyze claims revenue growth, investigate rejected claims, and measure billing quality. Resolve rejected medical and vehicle-accident claims and provide technical support to claims officers and medical coding.
