Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership in the technical execution of dam safety projects, including structural stability analyses, design, PFMA, site inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance for hydraulic concrete structures.
•Manage client relationships, contracting, project planning and execution, budgets, staffing, quality control, and risk across projects and programs.
•Lead business development and proposal preparation for new and existing clients, including developing technical approaches and scopes of work.
•Plan, direct, and supervise multi-disciplinary teams and field investigations for hydraulic structures.
•Perform quality control reviews of deliverables such as design calculations, engineering reports, and construction drawings.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Licensed as a Professional Engineer in at least one state with the ability to successfully apply for reciprocity in additional states
•Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing projects or completing project management activities such as maintain project budgets, schedule, staffing, quality control, and/or client relations
•Minimum 2 years of experience developing proposals including preparing technical approaches and scopes of work, budgeting, and scheduling
•Occasional travel to project sites, client meetings, and/or professional conferences is required
