Key Responsibilities

  • •Process payroll accurately and on time in compliance with Polish regulations and statutory requirements.
  • •Own end-to-end payroll execution, including validation of inputs, payroll calculations, and post-payroll processes.
  • •Stay current on legislative, tax, and regulatory changes impacting payroll operations; act as a country payroll subject-matter expert.
  • •Support payroll service implementation and rollout for new or expanding jurisdictions by integrating execution processes into workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Mid-to-senior hands-on experience running end-to-end payroll processing in Poland.
  • •Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments with exposure to different payroll systems and local regulatory frameworks.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • •Ability to coordinate internal and external stakeholders and manage complex payroll scenarios with strong problem-solving skills.
