The Cost Management team is expanding to support high-profile infrastructure projects in the Yorkshire region. You’ll administer contracts, monitor costs and cash flow, forecast and report against budgets, and collaborate with clients and contractors to achieve programme KPIs and value engineering. Hybrid-working is supported, with part-time applications considered, and a path for career progression within a global cost-management practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
•Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
•Proactively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring applications are made correctly and promptly.
•Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance and cost control.
•Manage contract change effectively, ensuring projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.

Key Requirements

•Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
•Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
•Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
•Experience administering contracts and cost control on infrastructure projects
•Ability to collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables and KPIs
