Deliver personalized in-branch and phone client service by holding financial conversations to determine needs and provide appropriate banking solutions. Open and maintain accounts, support consumer and small business lending, and perform teller duties as needed. Proactively build relationships through outbound outreach, document activity and referrals using 360 View, and stay compliant with banking regulations and the SAFE Act requirements.
