Key Responsibilities

  • •Mentor and support Decision Scientists with high-impact, visible analyses and initiatives across banking channels, segments, and products.
  • •Lead assigned target decision science initiatives, working independently using quantitative analysis and machine learning to optimize business performance.
  • •Partner with LOB leaders and senior managers; steward relationships, deliver on commitments, and build trust to achieve LOB and company goals.
  • •Pursue business outcomes tied to revenue and/or efficiency through data-driven insights, continuously improving decision science delivery.
  • •Champion tools and repeatable practices that deliver timely, accurate solutions and represent the business group in executive forums and work streams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 7+ years of experience in Banking, Finance, Decision/Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •4+ years of decision science/analytics project management experience with demonstrated results.
  • •Must demonstrate quantitative skills and business acumen, including working knowledge of transaction processing/application and collection inventory systems.
  • •Demonstrated ability to engage and manage diverse internal business partners and connect insights to execution and business impact.
  • •Ability to maintain statistical/analytical competency and champion emerging decision science techniques while supporting teammate training and development.
