Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account management by executing daily client activity and promptly following up on client and partner service requests.
  • •Manage an assigned base of wealth management clients by understanding their needs and goals and administering accounts using governing documents and agreements.
  • •Develop and maintain working knowledge of advisory services (including estate and financial planning), capital markets, banking products, asset management, and prudent investment principles.
  • •Provide focused client service through proactive written and verbal communication with appropriate frequency and strong time management.
  • •Support service team business development by preparing and delivering client presentations and building relationships with referral sources and centers of influence.

Key Requirements

  • •Be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •3+ years in asset servicing, relationship management, or related fields.
  • •College or university degree (preferred) and/or relevant proven work experience with client relationships and wealth planning.
  • •Knowledge of financial products, operations, and accounting systems to oversee client transactions and manage daily activity.
  • •Analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a straightforward manner.
