Job Summary

Provide Level 2 onsite technical support for enterprise network and infrastructure services, ensuring high availability and SLA compliance. Own fault isolation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and network change work across LAN/WAN, wireless, IP telephony, AV/video conferencing, firewalls, building security, and structured cabling. Coordinate with Level 3 teams, vendors, and stakeholders, while handling incident/problem/change management and maintaining accurate documentation and runbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide Level 2 onsite support for LAN/WAN, wireless, IP telephony/unified communications, AV and video conferencing, firewalls, building security systems, and telecommunication infrastructure.
•Perform fault isolation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for incidents and service degradations.
•Execute network changes, migrations, upgrades, and installations using change management processes, and support planned maintenance and emergency restoration.
•Manage incidents and service requests within SLA timelines, escalating complex issues to Level 3 teams or vendors with proper documentation and analysis.
•Act as the onsite technical representative for customers, maintaining technical documentation/runbooks/network diagrams and updating incident records, change logs, and asset information in ticketing systems.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
•3–5 years of hands-on onsite network/infrastructure support experience in enterprise or managed services environments.
•Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and wireless networking concepts.
•Knowledge of IP telephony/VoIP fundamentals and AV/video conferencing technologies.
•Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management processes.
