  • •Coordinate transformation across the delivery network, managing change from request submission through after implementation.
  • •Distill stakeholder inputs to inform decisions and recommend solutions for delivery-impacting projects.
  • •Create working-backwards plans and incorporate relevant viewpoints into project development prior to deployment.
  • •Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation plans before issues become roadblocks, escalating when necessary.
  • •Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, harmonizing differing views and collaborating with POs, program managers, and stakeholders.

  • •2+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • •2+ years of driving process improvements.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
  • •3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • •Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, lookups, logical/IF formulas, data cleansing).
