Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end Cytric solution implementation projects for global customers, including third-party system integrations.
  • •Ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality expectations are met with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • •Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and partners to deliver clear communication and effective risk management.
  • •Support early-phase discussions to ensure smooth scoping and presales-to-delivery handover.
  • •Drive internal transformation initiatives and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in project management, business, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •Around 5 years of experience in project delivery or account management, ideally with global/enterprise clients.
  • •Knowledge of project management best practices; formal certification is an advantage.
  • •Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • •Familiarity with travel or expense management tools; Cytric experience is a plus.
