Deployment Engineer responsible for end-to-end technical implementation, installation, and ongoing maintenance of Skydio’s cloud-connected products. You’ll lead hardware/software integrations onsite and remotely, troubleshoot connectivity issues, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales, and drive customer success through thorough documentation and scalable deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end deployment for cloud-connected devices, including installation and ongoing maintenance at customer sites and remotely.
•Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful deployments and clear communication of customer requirements.
•Document deployment processes, SOPs, and provide feedback to engineering to better fit customer needs.
•Track and manage deployment projects for enterprise customers to ensure timely delivery and value realization.
•Build and maintain documentation, provide proactive customer support, and drive scalable installation processes for secure enterprise networks.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

•3+ years experience supporting cloud-connected devices
•Experience with WiFi networking
•Familiarity with cloud applications
•Familiarity with Linux OS
•Ability to travel 75% of the time
