Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end deployment for cloud-connected devices, including installation and ongoing maintenance at customer sites and remotely.
  • •Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure successful deployments and clear communication of customer requirements.
  • •Document deployment processes, SOPs, and provide feedback to engineering to better fit customer needs.
  • •Track and manage deployment projects for enterprise customers to ensure timely delivery and value realization.
  • •Build and maintain documentation, provide proactive customer support, and drive scalable installation processes for secure enterprise networks.
Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually
