Job Summary

Product Manager for Modern Treasury's Payments product, owning onboarding, identity & compliance flows, payment rails (US and international), and liquidity management across fiat and stablecoins. You will lead AI-enabled product execution, collaborate with engineering, compliance, partnerships, customer success, and scale payments infrastructure for large, fast-growing customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Own onboarding & compliance features, designing flows to reduce time-to-first-payment while meeting regulatory requirements
•Design and optimize payment rails across domestic and international schemes and emerging options like stablecoins, ensuring unified, reliable exposure
•Define liquidity capabilities for funding, holding, and moving funds across accounts and rails with visibility into balances
•Collaborate with engineering, compliance, partnerships, and customer-facing teams to ship payments infrastructure used by large customers
•Leverage AI-native workflows to streamline product execution and identify opportunities for efficiency across the Payments product

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience building payments products and understanding rails end-to-end (ACH, wire, RTP, international cross-border)
•Strong knowledge of KYC/KYB, sanctions, and regulatory considerations in product design
•Experience with AI-enabled workflows and applying AI tools to business problems
•Technical fluency to read API docs, bank/scheme specifications, and working with data (SQL)
•Customer-centric mindset with ability to translate customer needs into engineering requirements
