Plan, track, and evaluate performance to ensure projects land on time, within budget, and at required quality metrics. Lead stakeholder communication with senior leaders, manage risks and issues using structured project tools, and drive change interventions to achieve program goals. Apply Six Sigma and Agile methodologies while motivating teams and coordinating cross-functional execution.
