  • •Assess the condition, authenticity, and functionality of timepieces worked on within company locations.
  • •Diagnose and perform service on basic to moderate complexity timepieces to meet accuracy and functionality standards.
  • •Coordinate communication between watchmakers, clients/customers, and operations personnel to receive approvals for needed repairs.
  • •Provide simple adjustments and regulations to mechanical movements, and perform quartz battery replacements and link additions/removal.
  • •Partner with Expert Service leaders to support education/training initiatives and scale watch repair and service growth.
