Job Summary

Assess the condition, authenticity, and functionality of watches, then diagnose and service timepieces of basic to moderate complexity to restore accuracy and performance. Coordinate approvals for needed repairs with watchmakers, clients, customers, and operations personnel. Perform adjustments and regulations for mechanical movements, handle quartz battery replacements and link changes, and support training and growth of the watch repair and service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Assess the condition, authenticity, and functionality of timepieces worked on within company locations.
•Diagnose and perform service on basic to moderate complexity timepieces to meet accuracy and functionality standards.
•Coordinate communication between watchmakers, clients/customers, and operations personnel to receive approvals for needed repairs.
•Provide simple adjustments and regulations to mechanical movements, and perform quartz battery replacements and link additions/removal.
•Partner with Expert Service leaders to support education/training initiatives and scale watch repair and service growth.

Salary: USD 24 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements
