Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment and leaving the space clean and ready.
  • •Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
  • •Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
  • •Stay current on local building codes and ensure every job is compliant.
  • •Maintain organized, well-stocked vehicles and warehouse, and collaborate with fellow installers and engineering to improve processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience, including working in attics and crawlspaces and in tight, physically demanding environments.
  • •HVACR licence (required).
  • •EPA Section 608 Certification (required or actively in progress).
  • •Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics and troubleshoot installs.
  • •Knowledge of local building codes and strong refrigerant handling skills (recovery, evacuation, and charging).
