Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise top management and project teams on the vision, strategy, and direction of the iconic terminal project to shape a landmark, world-class outcome.
  • •Provide expert guidance on design and architectural direction to ensure an iconic, distinctive, functional terminal.
  • •Advise on the guest experience concept to deliver a luxurious, seamless, differentiated journey.
  • •Review project plans, designs, and milestones using structured assessment to provide expert feedback and support decisions.
  • •Identify project risks and opportunities and guide alignment between design, operations, and guest experience using aviation and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in aviation, terminal development, or mega-project delivery, including luxury guest-experience expertise.
  • •Proven experience advising on or delivering large-scale aviation or terminal projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of terminal design, aviation operations, and premium guest experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience shaping iconic, landmark, or world-class projects, with advisory, stakeholder-management, and strategic-thinking skills.
