Key Responsibilities

  • •Own diagnostics, insights, and tuning for AI Decisioning campaigns to improve performance.
  • •Explain lift using counterfactuals, incrementality breakdowns, and cohort analysis for marketers and executives.
  • •Debug performance issues, iterate on reward functions, and ensure recommendations align with customer goals.
  • •Investigate experiment setups (send volumes, reachability, channel constraints) and surface actionable recommendations.
  • •Use notebooks and customer warehouses to analyze historical data, refine feature matrices, and build lightweight tooling and repeatable workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong ability to perform deep exploratory data analysis in Python (Polars/Pandas) using Jupyter notebooks.
  • •Ability to write and interpret SQL for customer warehouse analysis.
