Job Summary

Lead operational transformation across workflows spanning Payroll, EOR, Benefits, Mobility, Customer Success/Support, Finance, and GTM Operations. You’ll perform operational deep dives to uncover bottlenecks, ownership gaps, manual work, and risks, then design SOPs, process maps, RACI frameworks, and governance for scalable execution. Partner with Product and Engineering to drive automation and AI adoption, improving resilience and day-to-day operational performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze end-to-end workflows across Payroll, EOR, Benefits, Mobility, Customer Success/Support, Finance, and GTM Operations to identify bottlenecks, ownership gaps, manual processes, and operational risks.
•Drive root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
•Design and standardize SOPs, process maps, RACI frameworks, escalation paths, and governance mechanisms to enable scalable execution.
•Identify process, compliance, dependency, and revenue-impacting risks, and build controls and monitoring to prevent operational failures.
•Lead transformation and automation efforts, including AI adoption and workflow redesign, partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Operational Excellence, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
•Experience designing and standardizing operational processes such as SOPs, process maps, governance, and escalation paths.
•Strong capability in root cause analysis for recurring operational issues and workflow breakdowns.
•Demonstrated data-driven problem solving and operational risk assessment skills.
•Comfort working across cross-functional teams in high-growth SaaS, FinTech, HRTech, Payroll, or operations-heavy environments.
