Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze end-to-end workflows across Payroll, EOR, Benefits, Mobility, Customer Success/Support, Finance, and GTM Operations to identify bottlenecks, ownership gaps, manual processes, and operational risks.
  • •Drive root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues and translate findings into sustainable improvements.
  • •Design and standardize SOPs, process maps, RACI frameworks, escalation paths, and governance mechanisms to enable scalable execution.
  • •Identify process, compliance, dependency, and revenue-impacting risks, and build controls and monitoring to prevent operational failures.
  • •Lead transformation and automation efforts, including AI adoption and workflow redesign, partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Operational Excellence, Consulting, or Transformation roles.
  • •Experience designing and standardizing operational processes such as SOPs, process maps, governance, and escalation paths.
  • •Strong capability in root cause analysis for recurring operational issues and workflow breakdowns.
  • •Demonstrated data-driven problem solving and operational risk assessment skills.
  • •Comfort working across cross-functional teams in high-growth SaaS, FinTech, HRTech, Payroll, or operations-heavy environments.
