Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and analyze yield limiters using statistical techniques and big data methodologies.
  • •Develop and implement process development roadmaps to support technology yield milestones.
  • •Consolidate, interpret, and visualize diverse data sources to derive actionable yield enhancement insights.
  • •Perform fault isolation and failure analysis to determine root causes, including fault/debug of logic and memory/array failures.
  • •Collaborate across design, test, and process teams to debug yield limiters and improve manufacturability, including creating tools for high-volume yield modeling and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor failure analysis or test engineering.
  • •Strong understanding of array architecture and failure mechanisms, including SCAN ATPG (scan chain diagnosis, ATPG pattern generation/debug).
  • •Experience with fault isolation techniques such as electrical fault isolation (EFI) and circuit/layout analysis.
  • •Ability to debug logic and memory/array failures from silicon bring-up through production, including correlation of ATE test results with design/process data.
