Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Process Integration engineers in coordinating and troubleshooting daily line issues, including disposition of line deviations and engineering job submissions.
  • •Support inline inspection and coordinate non-routine metro/RDA inspection for R&D experiments.
  • •Extract, analyze, and summarize data from SWR and Conversion experiments, then provide recommendations to engineering.
  • •Manage wafer shipment logistics between fabs (swap lots and fab-to-fab offloads) for technology transfer and yield learning.
  • •Monitor and publish updates for priority and WIP lot movements and track key inline/probe/final parametric indices to trigger first-level investigations promptly.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or equivalent background.
  • •Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot problems and address root causes.
  • •Solid understanding of SPC, SWR, QDR, and Micron Central and Klarity.
  • •Strong teamwork skills with proven ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
  • •Basic knowledge of fabrication process areas (e.g., Photo, Dry Etch, Diffusion, CVD, Wet Etch, Plating, Implant, PVD, CMP) and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
