Job Summary

Provide technical expertise and solution design to support sales teams, partners, and enterprise customers, enabling Apple Enterprise adoption and digital transformation in mixed IT environments. Deliver solution proposals, demos, proofs-of-concept, and RFP responses, and lead partner enablement through workshops and trainings. Stay current on Apple enterprise solutions and MDM/security frameworks, and support enterprise IT teams integrating Apple devices into Windows/Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a subject matter expert for Apple solutions supporting sales and partners through the pre-sales cycle.
•Design and deliver solution proposals, demos, proofs-of-concept, and RFP responses.
•Conduct partner enablement sessions, technical workshops, and product trainings to build Apple competency across the channel.
•Showcase Apple Business Manager (ABM), Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and enterprise app integration.
•Support enterprise IT teams with security, compliance, and integration of Apple devices into Windows/Active Directory environments, and provide after-sales technical support when required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•5–7 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise IT.
•Strong knowledge of the Apple enterprise ecosystem.
•Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
•Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, and MobileIron; plus fluent English and proficiency in Arabic and French (a plus).
