Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive legal advice to company business units.
  • •Negotiate, draft, and review commercial and technology contracts, including services, software development/implementation, licensing, SaaS/cloud, maintenance/support, outsourcing, alliances, and vendor contracts.
  • •Advise on complex technology projects by identifying legal risks and proposing alternatives aligned to business objectives.
  • •Support procurement and contracting processes for private and public-sector clients by analyzing bid documents, contractual terms, risk matrices, and related documentation.
  • •Assist with data protection, intellectual property, software, confidentiality, cybersecurity, new technologies, and implement and monitor Compliance/Ethics/Integrity policies including ISO 37001 requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Abogado with at least 8 years of proven experience in technology companies, multinational organizations, software manufacturers, or related technology services firms.
  • •Proven experience negotiating and drafting complex technology and commercial contracts.
  • •Solid knowledge of Commercial, Corporate, and Contract Law, plus knowledge of software, IT services, outsourcing, cloud, and digital solutions.
  • •Specialized certification or training in Compliance, Ethics, and Corporate Integrity, including postgraduate or specialization coursework.
  • •Bilingual English with ability to negotiate, draft contracts, participate in meetings, and present professionally in English.
