Job Summary

Provide functional expertise throughout the sales cycle for Workday Adaptive Planning, partnering with Account Executives to support discovery, demonstrations, executive presentations, and RFP/RFI responses. Lead workshops to uncover customer requirements and value, build trust with C-level stakeholders (CFO), and develop Workday-based solutions including rapid prototyping, mini-applications, and POCs. Participate in customer events and industry conferences for enterprise prospects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery workshops with prospective customers to uncover business requirements, pain points, and value.
•Deliver deep-dive product demonstrations and executive-level presentations positioning the value of Workday Adaptive Planning.
•Develop and champion Workday-based solutions, including rapid prototyping, mini-applications, and complex POCs.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders (especially the office of the CFO) with mentorship and subject matter expertise.
•Collaborate with Account Executives to support RFP/RFI responses and develop winning value propositions.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in Finance Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting systems (Consolidation experience is a nice to have).
•3+ years of experience in a Presales Solution Consulting role, ideally in a software/SaaS environment.
•3+ years presenting to C-level executives with the ability to communicate and influence.
•Strong understanding of Financial Planning and Consolidation functional areas as well as Workforce Planning.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
