Key Responsibilities

  • •Build full-stack features: Develop and ship core product functionality using our Typescript frontend and Python backend, including UI, business logic, and cloud services.
  • •Customer onboarding and implementation: Handle customer data and ERP integrations, understand customers’ ERP setups and custom workflows.
  • •Collaboration: Work closely with the founders and customers to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • •Prototype and deploy features rapidly in a startup environment while maintaining code quality.
  • •Help define engineering culture and architecture as the team grows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15. Proven experience delivering full-stack features using TypeScript frontend and Python backend (e.g., Django)
  • •2. Experience integrating ERP systems and handling customer onboarding/data migrations
  • •3. Ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions through close collaboration with founders and customers
  • •4. Comfort with client-facing interactions and startup-speed development
  • •5. Hands-on experience shipping production-quality code and shaping engineering culture
