Job Summary

Field Service Engineer responsible for installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites. Performs regular and irregular maintenance with limited supervision, analyzes problems, conducts repairs, trains customers on equipment use, and drives process improvements while sharing knowledge with the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Problem analysis and approach: Gather information, analyze, diagnose and decide on initial approach, then execute or consult with others.
•Repairs: Use tools, replace parts and adjust settings to complete repairs and standard service actions independently.
•Procedures: Prepare parts, tools, and information to start procedures within the arranged customer time window.
•Training / advice: Explain actions to users, train customers in operation and routine maintenance, and suggest changes to procedures when needed.
•Coaching: Provide support to less experienced engineers on first tasks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
•Experience as a Field Service Engineer in a technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred.
•Experience using computer applications including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
•Solid knowledge of the product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules.
