Key Responsibilities

•Develop and test fleetwide template PLC programs for standard mechanical equipment across data centers.
•Create portable PLC code that runs across mixed hardware and controller types.
•Collaborate on sequences of operations with controls and mechanical teams, then implement SOOs directly in PLC code.
•Install, wire, and validate PLCs and sensors in a lab environment prior to live deployment.
•Debug against real I/O and failure conditions so field commissioning serves as verification.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

•Program across multiple PLC platforms (Siemens, Codesys, or virtualized PLC environments) and adapt to different toolchains.

•Wire PLCs, I/O, and sensors yourself and trace faults to the physical layer when behavior differs on the bench.
•Write structured, reusable code so PLC templates get reused and not rebuilt from scratch.
