Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and direct the EHS function and staff, including coaching, mentoring, and supervising EHS engineers.
  • •Drive EHS programs and field EHS action plans aligned to strategy to minimize risks and improve performance and recognition.
  • •Communicate EHS issues to management and employees; ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution and strong internal/external communication.
  • •Ensure accident/incident investigations are conducted and corrective/preventive actions are recommended, tracked, and completed.
  • •Support budget management, special projects, training programs, contractor management, and ensure work complies with Taiwan OSHA and Applied EHS requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree or above.
  • •Strong English skills with TOEIC 780+ (reading/listening) and equivalent speaking/writing.
  • •8+ years of EHS experience, including 4+ years managing contractors.
  • •3+ years leading a team; 4+ years of EHS experience in semiconductor/display manufacturing.
  • •Knowledge of industrial hygiene and hazard controls (exposure assessment, hazard identification, SDS, PPE) and safety topics like mechanical/electrical safety and fire prevention.
