Job Summary

Join the Financial Center team as a Retail Personal Banker I in a structured 4–8 week onboarding program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service. Use a consultative approach and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail and small business solutions, and drive new household growth through cross-selling, appointments, and outside sales. Maintain strong risk awareness, confidentiality, and ethical conduct while supporting teller and platform staff responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete onboarding and certification to perform within the Retail Personal Banker job family.
•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out, set appointments, and conduct outside sales activities.
•Process teller transactions and work as part of the platform staff, while adhering to policies, confidentiality, and risk management expectations.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to pursue sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
