Construction Project Manager, Asset Improvements

Lead retrofits and tenant improvement projects that support advanced defense technology operations. Own project needs definition, external vendor resourcing, and coordination across internal teams to manage design, permitting, and construction. Plan and execute work in occupied spaces to minimize disruption, manage stakeholder expectations, maintain quality, forecast project financials, drive milestones, and ensure smooth turnover to operations—while contributing to continuous process improvement.
