Job Summary

Drive overall revenue and growth for existing Enterprise customers across the Broadcom Software portfolio (VMware, CA Technologies, Symantec) in a quota-carrying role based in Plano, TX. Identify, qualify, and win sales opportunities; manage an active deals pipeline; and develop account-based revenue plans to exceed quarterly and annual targets. Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers and effectively communicate Broadcom’s ability to meet customers’ enterprise software and IT objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive revenue and growth for existing Enterprise customers in the Broadcom Software portfolio (VMware, CA Technologies, Symantec).
•Identify, qualify, and win sales opportunities using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Manage a pipeline of active deals to support long-term book-of-business sustainability.
•Create and achieve long-term and short-term account-based revenue objectives (e.g., Annual Business Plan, Quarterly Territory Plan).
•Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through trusted relationships with senior decision makers and effective proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,700 - 247,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered.

•Significant experience managing a pipeline of active deals.
