Job Summary

Join a 24-month Malaysia Graduate Development Programme focused on cost management and commercial delivery. You’ll support cost management commissions—producing estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering inputs, tendering/evaluation support, change orders, and final account close-out. Gain hands-on experience estimating cost plans, conducting valuations, and preparing cost reports while collaborating with designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Receive training toward chartered status with RICS and/or BQSM.

•Liaise with project stakeholders.

Key Requirements
