Job Summary

Design and optimize AMD AI frameworks and runtimes to boost performance of AI applications on next‑gen hardware. You will join a core team of industry specialists to work on cutting‑edge software and hardware, drive optimization features, validate before deployment, provide technical support for key customer projects, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive execution of comprehensive, highly effective software for sophisticated new technology and new product introduction projects
•Provide quick and robust technical support for key customer projects
•Develop the optimization features and validate before releasing them to customers
•Collaborate closely with multiple teams to deliver key planning solutions and the technology to support them
•Contribute to a high-functioning feature team to achieve performance goals

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
•Proficiency in C, C++, and Python with hands‑on experience
•Experience with large language frameworks (e.g., vLLM, sgLang) and AI operations libraries (e.g., flashInfer, TensorRT‑LLM, CUTLASS)
•Familiarity with Triton compiler backend and CUDA kernels; ability to optimize performance
•Strong collaboration and leadership skills to drive complex issues to resolution
