Job Summary

Develop and enhance the AI core of an agentic platform that autonomously generates, simulates, and analyzes air traffic control (ATC) scenarios. Build self-generating models that turn flight, weather, and airspace constraints into simulations for Verification & Validation, training, and operational planning. Collaborate with ATC experts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver measurable improvements in safety, efficiency, and scenario adaptation at scale, using modern AI/DevOps tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect agentic AI systems that self-generate realistic ATC scenarios from routine operations to edge cases, reducing manual scenario design time.
•Leverage flight plan, weather, and airspace constraint data to create simulations that predict, adapt, and improve ATC decision-making.
•Develop self-learning Generative AI models that evolve with real-world operations to address emerging ATC challenges.
•Collaborate with ATC veterans and engineering/data teams to translate operational needs into AI-driven solutions.
•Deliver measurable impact by enhancing airspace safety, controller training, and global ATC efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of AI/ML principles, including Generative AI, agentic architectures, and autonomous decision-making systems.
•Translate complex operational requirements (e.g., ATC constraints) into AI-driven solutions.
•Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (aviation experts, software engineers, data scientists) to deliver AI/software capabilities.
•Familiarity with iterative/Agile development and continuous improvement in AI/software projects.
•Knowledge of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
