Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Help create a positive team environment and contribute suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs values.
  • •Learn and assist in store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, seasonal pricing/markdown support, loyalty program promotion, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • •Follow asset protection policies (shortage prevention, inventory control, compliance procedures) and work with store leadership to improve personal sales KPIs.

Salary: USD 13 - 25

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Ability to meet a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours with regular attendance.
  • •Desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise and manage backroom and sales floor tasks daily.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and work on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
