  • •Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer-owned equipment.
  • •Confirm invoice accuracy and coordinate with service departments and delivery schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and an active applicable state class driver's license.
  • •Clean driving record and ability to pick up and deliver local parts.
  • •Knowledge of Excel and use of spreadsheets, plus experience with budgeting (preferred).
  • •Must pass a 10-panel drug screen for this safety-sensitive role.
  • •Exceptional customer service and strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
