Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop budgets and forecasts, monitor budget vs. actuals, and build dashboards for key metrics.
  • •Own the monthly close process, partner with an accounting firm to ensure GAAP-compliant records, and manage invoices, payables, and receivables.
  • •Track cash runway and working capital to support financial planning.
  • •Partner with leadership on financial strategy and scenario planning, providing analysis for decisions on pricing, hiring, and market expansion.
  • •Implement finance tools/software, establish internal controls and policies, and prepare monthly/quarterly investor and board reporting including data room prep for fundraising.

Key Requirements
