Seasoned leader responsible for owning and scaling Omada’s end-to-end commercial operating system across B2B and B2B2C channels. Key Responsibilities

•Own Omada’s end-to-end commercial operating system (planning, pipeline, forecasting, compensation, tooling, and governance) to support scalable growth across B2B and B2B2C channels.
•Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Commercial Operations organization with clear charters, success metrics, and operating rhythms.
•Provide leadership for Commercial Enablement and Effectiveness, partnering with senior leadership to set vision, priorities, and success metrics.
•Lead and integrate Revenue Operations, Commercial Effectiveness (enablement), and Enrollment Forecasting into a cohesive organization with defined charters and metrics.
•Deliver a predictable sales and enrollment forecast tightly linked to financial planning, care teams, and supply chain.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 243,200 - 304,000 annually

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive experience in commercial, revenue, or sales operations, including 5–7 years leading multi-disciplinary operations teams in high-growth B2B/B2B2C environments.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
•Demonstrated success in both scaled public companies and fast-paced growth environments, ideally in healthcare/digital health or a similarly complex, regulated industry.
•Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and commercial performance management with forecasting/reporting frameworks trusted at board/executive levels.
•Strong systems fluency with Salesforce and sales productivity tools; experience integrating data from multiple systems to drive insights.
