Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage inventory by running daily/weekly price and stock updates across partners/sites, validating inputs and flagging discrepancies.
  • •Support catalogue and menu operations including menu creation for launches, refreshes, and fixes (items, images, attributes) across platform and integrated flows.
  • •Maintain taxonomy and data quality by ensuring correct L1/L2/L3/L4 categorisation, brand labelling/overrides, and range proofing during onboarding.
  • •Perform compliance/content moderation by identifying and removing restricted or prohibited items to ensure policy compliance.
  • •Execute promotions/campaign work and support partner onboarding/admin setup (high-volume profiles and site details) while assisting competitor/market checks.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong ownership, prioritisation, and attention to detail with adherence to SOPs.
  • •Confident in Google Sheets/Excel, including filters, pivots, lookups, and data checks.
  • •Ability to manage structured data and create logical automations.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication, with proactive escalation and updates.
  • •Comfortable with workflow tools such as monday.com and forms/trackers.
