Key Responsibilities

•Manage inventory by running daily/weekly price and stock updates across partners/sites, validating inputs and flagging discrepancies.
•Support catalogue and menu operations including menu creation for launches, refreshes, and fixes (items, images, attributes) across platform and integrated flows.
•Maintain taxonomy and data quality by ensuring correct L1/L2/L3/L4 categorisation, brand labelling/overrides, and range proofing during onboarding.
•Perform compliance/content moderation by identifying and removing restricted or prohibited items to ensure policy compliance.
•Execute promotions/campaign work and support partner onboarding/admin setup (high-volume profiles and site details) while assisting competitor/market checks.

Key Requirements

•Strong ownership, prioritisation, and attention to detail with adherence to SOPs.
•Confident in Google Sheets/Excel, including filters, pivots, lookups, and data checks.
•Ability to manage structured data and create logical automations.
•Clear written and verbal communication, with proactive escalation and updates.
•Comfortable with workflow tools such as monday.com and forms/trackers.
