Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute SRAM/RF/Fuse technology certification to support technology development and certification milestones.
  • •Define and maintain certification methodologies, criteria, test strategies, and readiness requirements for memory arrays.
  • •Characterize memory across operating conditions to evaluate Vmin, Vmax, aging behavior, variability, and design margins.
  • •Develop, validate, and maintain silicon-based Vccmin/Vmax predictive models for certification, PDK releases, and product guidance.
  • •Run Sil2Sim correlation assessments, analyze discrepancies, and deliver certification reports and risk projections to guide deployment decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Ph.D. (or M.S. with more experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related fields with semiconductor industry experience.
  • •2+ years of hands-on memory testing experience.
  • •2+ years performing quantitative analysis of large-scale memory or semiconductor datasets using statistical methods such as DOE, SPC, regression, hypothesis testing, or multivariate analysis.
  • •2+ years using JMP and Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • •Hands-on experience using JMP and Python for process optimization, automation, or data visualization.
