Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, problem-solve, and maintain electrical control problems for all manufacturing equipment.
  • •Test equipment and control functions for new controls established by the Controls department.
  • •Download control software changes/upgrades and maintain current software databases for Base Plant.
  • •Perform predictive and preventative maintenance and develop electrical preventative maintenance tasks, procedures, and schedules.
  • •Document and follow up controls-related problems; provide written documentation for testing on controls projects and assist commissioning technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of electrical/electronic/controls experience.
  • •Associate degree in Electrical, Robotics, or Electronic Engineering (preferred) or 5+ years verifiable related experience if no degree.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve electrical controls on the manufacturing line.
  • •Ability to read prints and suggest modifications as required.
  • •Proficiency in CMMS/Maximo reporting and parts search; strong documentation skills for controls testing.
