Job Summary

Own quote-to-cash order management for assigned regions, partnering with Deal Desk and sales teams to structure and approve quotes through stages 1–6. Process orders and sales operations tickets in the CRM with high accuracy, support complex deal calculations, and troubleshoot quoting and order issues. Build CRM reports and dashboards, maintain data integrity in Salesforce.com, train internal teams on policies, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Deal Desk Managers to manage commercial aspects of Stage 1 to Stage 6 deals, reviewing and approving quotes.
•Process orders and sales operations tickets in the CRM system and ensure accuracy for order management and execution.
•Support quoting and complex deal calculations for new business, expansions, and account run rates.
•Provide field advisory and cross-functional support to resolve missing or inconsistent order information and troubleshoot issues.
•Develop CRM reports and dashboards, maintain Salesforce.com data integrity, train teams on quote-to-cash policies, and drive process improvement.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS or equivalent degree required.

•Proven ability to partner with sales and deliver strong commercial and operational recommendations.
