Key Responsibilities

•Perform structural analysis and calculations, and develop design sketches and drawings conveying arrangement and design intent for transportation structures.
•Conduct engineering assessments for existing structures and structural alternatives, and prepare technical reports documenting findings.
•Lead, supervise, guide, and mentor engineers and CAD technicians delivering consultancy services for infrastructure and transportation projects in Malaysia and internationally.
•Verify design calculations and perform quality control reviews of design calculations and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
•Assume signing Professional Engineer (PE) responsibilities and act as lead verifier for assigned projects; prepare technical specification sections and support engineering budget and schedule inputs.

•Possession of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.

•More than 12 years of structural design experience, especially for underground, basement, heavy structures, and transportation-related projects.
•Proven experience leading teams of engineers and CAD technicians for major infrastructure and transportation delivery.
•Technical leadership expertise in soil-structure interaction and deep excavation works.
